These terms and conditions apply to purchases made within the PicaPica webshop. Without explicit permission of PicaPica it is not allowed to use any material (picture`s etc.) on this site for commercial or non-commercial purposes. All purchases are subject to the Dutch law.
The description given for each article is as accurate as possible. We will gladly give you more information about an item if you ask for it.
If you are not satisfied after all with your purchase you can return it to PicaPica Shop within 14 days after you have received the package with full restitution of the amount paid.
The above under the following conditions:
* return shipment costs are never restituted unless there was a clear difference between the description and the article received * the article has to be returned and received in the same condition as it was sent by PicaPica, otherwise no restitution will be possible
Ordering
By using our webshop software you can add articles to a shopping cart and have your final order sent encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. If desired you can also sent an order by e-mail. If you have problems with the use of our webcart software we will of course gladly assist you in solving these problems!
Payment Methods
Payment must be cleared before the articles are dispatched. Payments are in advance and we can offer the following payment methods to our international customers:
1. Bank wire to our Dutch bankaccount
2. Visa/Mastercard creditcard payments through PayPal (for this it is not needed to be a member of Paypal yourself).
3. Cash sent by mail (not recommended)
Shipment
Shipment will be done the same day or the day afterwards when payment has been received and cleared if applicable. Packages which have to be sent through the Dutch postoffice will have a maximum delay of 7 days before being shipped.
